Central Methodist Church Launceston

reaching out with Christ at the Centre

A Warm Welcome from

Central Methodist Church Launceston, CORNWALL, UK

We extend the love of Jesus Christ to you and invite you to join with us through this site, or in the various church programmes and activities, or in opportunities for worship, in learning how Christ loves and how that love may grow within us and through us.

If you have visited us we trust you have experienced the presence of God and sensed the friendliness of the People.

Our goal as a church is to love as Christ loved and to respond to the gospel of God's love in Christ through its variety of worship services, through spiritual development, outreach and mission.

We would like to know you better and would encourage you to contact us by email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Worship - times

(check the news sheet for changes.)

Worship is at the centre of what we are about at Central. Our desire is to have our lives touched by the Spirit of God. Our services vary considerably in style as our goal is to provide for people a worship style that is appropriate for them. On the first Sunday of each month at 10.30am there is a family service. Family Services aimed at young families and children - of all ages!

Sunday Morning Services:

10.30am Morning Worship - 1st Sunday of month is a family service. (Club Sunday is a club for 4-11 year olds which takes place on the third Sunday of the month. Esther and Val invite you to come along at 10.30am and learn about God's love for us through games, stories, crafts and music - with lots of fun...!)

Sunday Evening Services:

6.30pm: Traditional Worship-1st Sunday of the month.
6.30pm: '245 Revive' contemporary worship style with guest speakers on 2nd, 4th & 5th Sundays of the month.
6.30 pm: 'Praise & Learning', a relaxed home group style of service with song, prayer and teaching - on 3rd Sunday of the month.
