Church Holiday Club Coffee Morning – Please come and support Central’s annual summer holiday club by joining us at the Coffee Morning on Tuesday 24th April at 10am.
Polyphant Chapel will be celebrating their 130th Anniversary with a Sankey Evening on Sunday 6th May at 6pm. Further details from Cathy Slocombe or Pauline Smith.
Bible Society: the Bible Society Spring Rally will be on Wednesday 25th April at 2.30 pm in the Dingley Hall. The speaker is Rev Jo Smart and the afternoon will conclude with refreshments. All are very welcome to join with the Wednesday Fellowship and others for this occasion.
Family Service Church Breakfast: a Continental style breakfast will be served from 9.30 to 10.15am before the next Family Service on Sunday 6th May.
Come and see the American Western film Bad Day At Black Rock starring Spencer Tracey and Robert Ryan on Thursday 3rd May at 7.30pm in the Hall. Ice creams in the interval. Donations for Central funds.
Calling all men! Sharper 18! An annual men’s conference put on by CVM Plymouth at Central Methodist Hall. A real empowering day for men at all stages of life. This year looking at King David and lessons Christian men can learn from his life. Tickets from www.cvm-plymouth.org.uk/tickets Cost £10.
Launceston Refugee Support Group: we continue to welcome donations and gifts of Clothing, Miscellaneous Items, and Food, to support the work of the charity Open Hearts & Open Borders for their work among refugees in France. Items listed below will be despatched on the week ending Friday June 29th. Please note, we do not require items of clothing above medium size. Thank you for your generosity.
